Carbon steel pipe castings used for different kind of machines. It is a kind of typical products by carbon steel materials. The casting weight range from 10kg to 500kg, the max size steel pipe we are supplying is about 480kg for signle piece. The products are very sensitive on cracks because it will need to be used under pressure and there will have liquid material through it. So for every casting we need to do PT or MT inspection on machined and unmachined surfaces. For this product, some important parameters as follow:

We are supplying carbon steel castings with C:0.15-0.50%; it is very commen material which been widely used in many different industries. We supplying carbon steel castings according to the drawings and technqiue requirement from customers. The main production process for castings are sodium silica sand process and investment casting process. We also use lost foam process producing some complicated casting with lower technique requirements.

Carbon steel casting has good toughness, is widely used in the production of various industries of metal parts. Following are some typical casting photos produced by us. For many carbon steel castings, there may also have different requirement on heat treatment. For example, there have many castings with surface heat treatment requirement to get different hardness. These castings usually have special funcation when they are working, so the requirement on surface is also different. Jianheng Metal Technology have the ability to do surface heat treatment to satisfy different requirement from our customers. There also have some castings need to do nitriding or carburizing on casting surface, based on professional factories and working team, Jianheng Metal Technology also have ability to meet the csutomers requirement.
